The Panadolls expanded from a stripped-down trio into a five-piece whose 1977-style punk drew equally on the Ramones, the Stooges and the New York Dolls.
From trio to five-piece
Kenny Archbold, Ashley Thomson and Johnny Nolan began the group before guitarists Phillip Van Rooyen and Leif Alan Creed
joined and Matt Bannerman took over on bass.
EP, album and Divine Rites
The expanded line-up released Beyond the Valley of the Panadolls and From the Glitter to the Gutter. It also recorded Minuteman’s “Voodoo Slaves” for Divine Rites’ Storming the Citadel.
